Riverdale is it over hyped or good?
Chapter One - The Rivers Edge
A few days ago i finished the first season of riverdale . Riverdale isn't like Ur usual Sitcom or Netflix Series its interesting from the first minute of the series and by the end of the first episode u will probably be biting ur hand of.It starts with the introduction of a simple town which was forever changed by the murder of one of the blossoms and the mystery behind it at first jason was presumed dead because of droning but his body was never found the and the police abandon the case after a bit
The whole series takes a turn in the second episode when Jason body is found by the river in which he was presumed to be drowned but he was shot point blank in the head , this changes everything and brings up many other questions at the other side of the story a girl named veronica lodge comes to the town after her father is arrested in New York and thus moves to riverdale for a new start.The Lodge family is a Industrial giant hoes owner Hiram Lodge was send to jail for money laundering and thus his family had to move to riverdale. Then we are introduced to 2 other main characters ho you may have guessed are Archie Andrews(Kj Apa) and Betty Cooper (Lili Reinhart)who are neighbors and Betty has a crush on Archie and we are introduced to Kevin Keller(casey cott) who asks Betty to take her chance and confess her feelings and thus go to pops (a diner)where she was about to confess but couldn't because she saw Archie lost in veronica eyes ho came to pick up a take out this is the first time we see the legendary trio talk veronica introduces herself and we can instantly see a connection the next morning we meet Betty over controlled mom when she reaches school she gives veronica a tor and they instantly becomes good friends here we are also introduced to Jug head(Cole Sprouse) another very important charter who is a old friend of archie and betty was suppose to archie to ask him to the dance but she didnt and thus veronica asks Archie if both her and betty can go with him to the dance and he agrees after the dance Cheryl blossom invites all three of them the after party and plays a game called seven mins in hevan and she forces veronica to go in the closet with archie this breaks Betty heart and she leaves the party and they try to go behind her and reconcile her
the series take a major twist when Kevin is in the woods with another boy and finds Jason blossoms body by the rivers edge and this changes everything and this is where we are left in the first ep i have to say the hole teen drama as okay but the turn that the ep tales in the end really got me interested and wanting to watch more and find out the secret to Jason blossoms death it i old definitely recommend it based on the first ep
